DJ Hellstorm

DJ Hellstorm started his career at the age of 16. From the music found in video games played, a love for melodies had awakened within him. He soon collected many of the popular trance tracks of that time period as a hobby.

Although mixing @ home was fun, Hellstorm knew he was destined to play for the  masses. He started DJing at some local parties in Manhattan under his first  alias of "Trancem@tic". As the years passed, Hellstorm was drawn to the sounds  of hardstyle and hardhouse. He was intrigued by the rougher style and pounding  bass. Then, after seeing Lenny Dee spin at the Asylum, Hellstorm was captivated  by another style of music. It was hardcore. Instantly,Hellstorm knew he wanted  to produce this aggressive style himself and play it for others. Soon after, a  "tranceformation" was processed as the new name of Hellstorm, played at his  first party in 2001. After playing, he was well received. He developed into an  instant fan favorite. Over the years Hellstorm has played at countless local  raves.

Hellstorm has also brought his skills to the west coast as well as  Canada. In 2001 Hellstorm began to produce hardcore and hardstyle. He was  quickly recognized by Omar Santana and H2oh Recordings. He soon released a remix  on H2OH 59 in 2004. He also had a release on AC Hardcorps Records, release  number 002. Through the years,Hellstorm has continued to develop his dark style  of DJing and producing. He still continues to spin on a regular basis and is  hard at work on a new E.P. for H2OH Recordings. Hellstorm recently joined the  Norotek lineup and it looks like there is no stopping this phenom.
